Juniors is a tourist staple so we had to visit. There were 7 in our group, one with celiac. I will start off with, if you have celiac or any other severe food allergy this is really not the best spot. When asking about their gfree options I was told salads. With that being said the salad I ordered was good, just not filling to eat before a broadway show. All others in our group throughly enjoyed their meal! The stop is worth the cheese cake alone. This location was within walking distance to both Wicked and Hamilton so we had a bite to eat before the show and then had a nice walk to the theater. The ambiance is classic NYC tourist for sure.

So my wife tells me we have to go here as they supply cheesecakes to other restaurants in NY. She had also heard really good things about it. Well, she was absolutely right. At first I thought Juniors was a run of the mill diner. Boy was I wrong. This is a big place and it was packed! We were lucky to only wait a few minutes for a table. I don't know how the waiters do it but they manage to get to all their tables in a timely manner. They never forget and are some of the nicest in town. We had the usual salads, burgers, sandwiches, and even ribs. There wasn't one crumb left at the end. We also got the famous cheesecake which was fabulous. Definitely a step up from most places. They celebrate your birthday in style too. Love the enthusiasm! If you are visiting NY, this is a must stop.

As we do every January, my daughter and I went to Juniors following a Broadway play. After being told, we may need to wait for 15 minutes, we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress, Ruth, came over and took our order. She was very friendly and attentive. The food came out very quickly. I've attached a picture. The corned beef and pastrami combo was very good. My daughter had the grilled cheese with bacon. She also had the potato pancake with toppings. Everything was great. The tradition continues

To be quite frank, I came here for the cheesecake. I can't say much about the food, but the desserts were amazing. We had a rather large party celebrating late at night after a work event, but we were seated right away. The restaurant itself was rather spacious, so there was no issue with fitting our party at a large table. The inside was decorated in a very charming, nostalgic way that reminded me of old-time diners. There was a lot of historical sports memorabilia on the walls, which adds to said charm. We ordered a large variety of different cheesecakes as well as drinks. I believe we tried the carrot cake cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, raspberry swirl cheesecake, and the gluten-free chocolate mousse cake. Yes, we were very pleasantly surprised that they had a gluten-free option. The drinks were pretty strong in my opinion, but then again I am a lightweight drinker. However, desserts are my specialty and the cheesecake here was immaculate. I don't usually go for cheesecake, but my opinion on this dessert has changed after trying it here! It was definitely one of the best cheesecakes I've had. If I were to return, I would definitely re-order the carrot cake cheesecake; this was my favorite because it's both a cheesecake and cake. They literally have layers of cake within the giant slice of cheesecake. It's wonderful. Overall, I would definitely recommend the cheesecake here, especially as a late night dessert!

Did you even go to a Broadway show if you didn't go to Junior's after!? We had the most pleasant server during a recent visit to Junior's. Ingrid was efficient, warm and friendly, going out of her way to bring us extra napkins, sides of sauce, etc. I'd recommend jumping on the Yelp waitlist before arriving, as it can be hit or miss when it comes to getting a table. We came for late-night munchies and dessert and it did not disappoint. The pickle plate was a nice touch! The people-watching is always top notch here too.

HUGE portions, FAST service, GREAT food. Loved this diner-style restaurant near Times Square!! We got seated immediately, the waiter was very kind. All of the portions of the food was enough for two people. Everyone at the table had good food. We really enjoyed the carrot cheese cake, which was recommended by the waiter! If you're looking for a late night meal, look no further, they're also open late!

I can't seem to have a NY visit without a stop here. We dropped in right after watching The Outsiders so the crowd was bonkers. There har to have been about 20 people ahead of us, but we got seated in under 10 minutes. My friend got the cheeseburger and I got the swiss burger. We both gasped when our food came so quickly. Our mouths were wide open in shock. I could've sworn I had just put in our orders. Burgers come with steak fries and a couple huge pieces of onion rings. We ate so quickly I forgot to take a breath. My burger was fire and cooked perfectly at medium rare. I paired mine with a root beer, the only soda I ever get here. Unfortunately, the Oreo cheesecake wasn't available so we got what our server suggested which was the swirl. It was yum, but we couldn't finish as we were so full. I'd just like to take a moment to acknowledge our amazing server. I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she was a light skinned African-American who had clear glasses on. She was so on point despite waiting on so many tables, some of which were large parties. She had a smile on her face the whole time and was super personable. We would've skipped dessert, but we trusted her enough to get what she recommended. Thank you for being a superstar.

Restaurant has an indoor and outdoor seating. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. Pastrami cheeseburger was really good. The char-broiled burger flavor combined with the savory, smoky and black pepper flavors of the pastrami were magnificent. Disco fries is very much like Canadian poutine, but with mozzarella. Carrot cheesecake was good. Sweet enough to my liking. I do find the pasta in tbe parmigiana a little bland. We still enjoyed our meal.
